Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Guarantee

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, you have 30 days from the date you receive it to request a replacement or a refund. Write to us with your order number and a photo or video of the problem, and we will review your case as soon as possible.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from delivery to contact us through the contact methods available in the store and provide us with your order number. We will explain how to process the return.

Conditions

The product must be returned with all its accessories included (comb and clips) and, whenever possible, in its original packaging. After 30 days from delivery, we will no longer be able to accept the return.

Refund

Once the product has been received and inspected, or your request has been approved, we will refund the amount paid through the same payment method used for the purchase.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product or one that is different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. You are entitled to the warranties established by Mexican consumer protection laws.
